Great to see that the Sussex and Kent ME/CFS society credit Lightning Process as the intervention that was most helpful. What a fabulous article! Great to know that interest is climbing. Knowing how the Lightning Process gave me my life back, I just want everyone else to know about it and be able to get their life back too. This is great!
